what I want to do now

  • watch Romeo and Juliet
  • bake a tart
  • go some where all by myself and breathe
  • knit socks
  • lay outside and stare at the stars
  • quote poetry
  • write out dreamy rambling stories
  • embroider an amazing picture (though I certainly don't have the skills for that)
  • draw
  • walk through Creamer's Field
  • have a bonfire with my friends
  • just think
  • read Peter Pan again (it's been way too long)

But it's late, and there's so much to do...and I'm tired... I hate how much I say that. Because it's become so meaningless, and just a dumb excuse. When will I not be tired and have nothing to do? Probably never. So I need to just DO something! Actually I have been doing several of these things, I just haven't managed to post about them. Sorry. I know I keep saying this, but life really is crazy. As I'm sure it is for everyone. But I'm moving out this weekend and working every day through it all, so it's gonna be interesting. haha, well I'll tell you all how it goes. Thank you so much for bearing with me. Love you all!

Your list sounds so sweet and beautiful. I'd love to do all those things myself. I hope you find time to enjoy doing these things. Having no time is a miserable thing. :(

I want to learn how to knit.
To learn all there is to know about photography because my parents just got me a camera, bless them.
I want to write more poetry.
Read Hans Brinker because it's sounding very sweet so far.
And I just want to be free of school.

I really love your list. All of those sound like marvelous things to do! {I need to read Peter Pan again too - it's been a while.}

Right now I want to:
Write more songs.
Memorize a poem or two or three.
Go to the Library and check out an enormous stack of books.
Learn more chords on the guitar.
Send emails to some dear friends. {You're one of them!}
Write something that I can be proud of.

Hm, it's very satisfying to sit and think of things I want to do! I could probably go on but I think that's enough. :)

right now I want to:

prepare my postgraduate application
contact me beloved families and friends
in a second or two think about what items I have to buy for my international letter chain
read my Alice in Wonderland

thanks dearest! everything's going well here- it's so beautiful. Julie Kent (the best Odette I've ever seen) dances at Lincoln Center in NYC with ABT, the American Ballet Theatre. You must must must see here at some point!

I know exactly how you feel about the crazy, it was just like that with college for me... I hope your life has settled down just a bit- or enough at least that you don't feel so overwhelmed- and please let us know how the moving goes! Good luck dear!

I know, there is always so much to say! Thank you so much darling, sadly I ripped a little hole in it so I haven't worn it for a while, but it goes with EVERYTHING and I already want to make another one! I forgot to tell you in my last letter that I love the stamp you carved for the shop. Also, I've been knitting quite a bit, and you should know that even though you don't post about all of your projects, you are my original sewing/knitting inspiration!♥

I desperately want to read but I can't find my book, and I refuse to read anything else until it's finished. Also, you've put it into my head to *finally* watch R&J (a version that stays true to the story, not the Leonardo Decaprio one xD).

I'm so glad I stumbled across your blog!

PS: I love the image you used! xx

I want to build a sandcastle, eat an entire bowl of cookie dough, write a love letter to Jonathan Safran Foer and watch a falling star.
Today I am feeling particularly romantic.
